How far do you travel?
As our headquarters are in Charlottesville, Virginia, we are happy to travel to where you need us within 20 miles of our location. Areas we service include Albemarle County, including Ruckersville, Crozet, North Garden, and Palmyra.
Do the same people come each time?
We try to send the same crew each time, although we cannot guarantee it. We know how important it is to have that warm and fuzzy feeling each time you see the same faces. Sometimes we have to juggle a bit, but we’ll always do our best to keep your crew consistent.
How long does it take to get an estimate?
We don’t like anyone waiting on us. Our policy is to be back in touch with you in 24 hours or less.
Are you a pet friendly service?
Yes! We love your furry friends. We will work around them.
Do I need to be home while the cleaning is done?
Whatever is most comfortable for you! If you would like to be at home, that is fine with us. If you have errands to run, or are away, that works for us as well.
What is the difference between a standard cleaning and the move in/out cleaning?
Move in/out cleaning services
Whether you are moving out of a house and have to get the house cleaned for your landlord, or if you are moving into a house and you want to make sure it is top notch before you bring in your belongings, a move in / out cleaning would be done for an empty house. Our move in/out cleaning list is organized into three sections.
Bathrooms. Cleaning your bathrooms includes sink thoroughly cleaned, tub and shower thoroughly cleaned. chrome fixtures shined, toilets cleaned, vanity top cleaned, mirrors cleaned, light fixtures cleaned, cabinets and drawers cleaned (inside and out), vents cleaned, doors wiped, baseboards wiped, cobwebs removed, light switches and sockets cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped, and trash emptied.
Kitchen. Cleaning your kitchen includes cleaning the countertops and backsplash, sinks cleaned, any stainless steel or chrome shined, inside and outside of appliances cleaned (oven, refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave), cabinets and drawers cleaned (inside and out), doors wiped, blinds cleaned, cobwebs removed, light switches and sockets cleaned, baseboards wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, and trash emptied.
Bedrooms & Living Areas. When we clean bedroom and living areas, we make sure all areas are dusted, mirrors cleaned, windowsills wiped, windows cleaned inside, blinds cleaned, doors wiped (including closets), baseboards wiped, ceiling fans cleaned, light switches and sockets cleaned, cobwebs removed, closet shelves wiped, washer and dryer cleaned inside and out, and floors vacuumed and mopped.

Standard cleaning services
A standard cleaning would be for your home that you are living in and the service would be customizable according to your needs. Our standard cleaning cleaning list is organized into the same three sections listed in the move in/out cleaning services above with additional cleaning services available, subject to extra charge.
Additional Services. Beds made, laundry folded, windows cleaned inside, fridge cleaned inside, oven cleaned inside, doors wiped (including closets), and kitchen cabinets wiped (outside).

Do you bring your own supplies?
Definitely. We bring all cleaning supplies, cleaning cloths, mop, vacuum, broom, and our energetic selves! If you have specific products you would like us to use or not use, let us know and we can certainly accommodate.
How does payment work & what forms of payment do you accept?
We will email you a bill after your service and you can pay online with a credit card, PayPal, check.
Is there a cancellation policy?
We ask that you kindly give us at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we do not receive a notice within this time frame, there will be a $75 cancellation fee.
How long does it take to clean?
It varies for each home/business. Factors like square footage, number of rooms, bathrooms, condition of the space will determine the time spent.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes we are!
How does tipping work?
Tips are not required but greatly appreciated. If you wish to tip your cleaning team, you can do so at the time of service or add it to your payment.
